How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, match candidates with suitable roles, progress job applications, and communicate with you about opportunities or vacancies relevant to you. We don't sell personal information to third parties.

How it's stored

Information submitted through this site is stored on secure infrastructure and is only accessible to our recruitment staff. Resumes are stored in a private file store and are never publicly accessible by URL.

Service providers we use

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our recruitment process, who may process personal information on our behalf, including some located outside Australia:

  • Vercel — website hosting, our database, and secure file storage for resumes/CVs
  • Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics — website usage statistics (see Cookies & analytics below)
  • AI-assisted tools our recruitment staff use internally to help manage candidate and employer records — access is restricted to a private, authenticated connection, not a public integration

We don't use these providers for advertising, and we don't sell or rent personal information to any third party.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details on our contact page.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall site usage — pages visited, general location, and device type. These may set cookies in your browser. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not link it to the personal information you submit through our forms. Our service-area map on the homepage loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which may see your IP address when the map loads.
