Volt and Vent Recruitment is an Australian recruitment agency specialising in skilled trades — electricians, HVAC and refrigeration technicians, with other trades added as the business grows. We don't try to be a generalist agency that happens to also place tradespeople; trade recruitment is what we do.
That focus shapes how we work. Screening a candidate for an electrical or HVAC role means actually understanding licence classes, ticket requirements, and the practical difference between, say, a commercial fit-out electrician and an industrial maintenance electrician. It's not a skill set you can fake with a generic keyword search across a resume database, and we don't try to.
