About the role

Lead crews on premium residential and commercial projects across Melbourne's north-west, with a clear path to Leading Hand, Supervisor and Project Manager. Our client is a quality-focused electrical contractor based in Tullamarine, delivering high-end work across architectural homes, childcare centres, hospitality, medical centres, education, refurbishments and multi-residential projects. They're after an experienced A-Grade Electrician who takes pride in a proper high-end fit-off and is ready to step up. WHAT'S ON OFFER - $48–$55 per hour + super, based on experience - Company vehicle, fuel card and tools - Monthly RDO - Quarterly bonuses and incentives tied to project delivery - Paid training and ongoing upskilling - Clear pathway to Leading Hand, Supervisor and Project Manager - Supportive leadership team that backs its people WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run a crew of electricians and apprentices while staying hands-on - Plan daily works and coordinate materials - Be the key contact for builders, site managers and clients - Complete testing, verification and COES - Review SWMS and keep sites safe - Flag design, scope and program issues early - Complete daily reporting and site documentation WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence - Strong installation, testing and fault-finding skills - Construction Induction Card (White Card) - Full Australian driver's licence - Australian work rights BONUS POINTS - Experience leading a crew or running electrical projects - Luxury residential work - Smart home systems, CT metering, security or dry fire HOW TO APPLY Apply with your CV or call Volt & Vent Recruitment for a confidential chat.
